Chandigarh, November 22:- Haryana Assembly Speaker Mr. Harvinder Kalyan today listened to the complaints of hundreds of people in a public hearing program organized at Karnal Chinese Meal Rest House and resolved most of the problems on the spot and set a time limit for the authorities to resolve the remaining works.
While talking directly to the public, Mr. Harvinder Kalyan said that the all-round development of Gharonda constituency and providing immediate justice to the public is the priority of the state government.
During the public hearing, villagers demanded that a white strip be installed on the village Gadhi Birbal-Naval road to prevent accidents in fog. Apart from this, they demanded removal of the high-tension line passing over the houses in village Dhakwala, shifting of the electricity pole in front of village Ucha Samana Mandir, completion of the remaining wall of village Modipur Johar, remaining work of village Dilawara-Dhakwala road and construction of bridge over Sheikhpura-Rasulpur drain on priority.
Similarly, they demanded speeding up the construction of the farm road in village Chundipur, village Dabarki Kalan school building and construction of community building in village Amritpur Kalan and filling the carts of village Lalupura-Meerut road Yamuna Banham road.
The Assembly Speaker, while listening to all the complaints seriously, directed the concerned authorities not to delay in resolving the problems of the public and every work should be completed on time.
