Haryana/Hisar:- Former District General Secretary of BJP Suresh Goyal Dhoopwala welcomed the decision of the state government to allow industrial units to build up to unlimited height and called it a far-sighted and commendable step in the interest of the industry. He said that till now construction in industrial units was allowed only up to a maximum height of 15 meters, due to which many industries had to face difficulties in expansion.
Suresh Goyal said that it is the result of the positive thinking of the Central and State Governments towards industry and business that such public welfare and development oriented decisions are being taken continuously. This new policy will provide huge benefits especially to small and medium entrepreneurs, who were unable to purchase expensive land due to limited resources.
He said that rising prices and limited availability of land had long been hindering the establishment of industries. Now, by getting permission to build at height, it will be possible to establish more production units in less area, which will give new impetus to industrial activities.
Suresh Goyal said that under the new policy of the government, now the requirement of leaving extra vacant land around the industries will also be reduced, which will make better and maximum use of the available land possible. This will not only boost industrial development but will also create new employment opportunities on a large scale in the state.
He expressed confidence that this decision will prove helpful in giving Haryana a new identity in the industrial sector and will make the state more attractive for investment. Expressing his gratitude to the state government, he said that such decisions will play an important role in realizing the goal of self-reliant India and developed Haryana.
