Dhuri/Sangrur 8th February:- Impressed by the people-friendly, honest and development-oriented politics of Aam Aadmi Party, people left other parties in Dhuri today and joined Aam Aadmi Party. Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Bhagwant Singh Mann's OSD Sardar Sukhvir Singh welcomed these people into the party and welcomed them with open arms. On this occasion, especially Block Samiti members Gurmeet Kaur, Paramjit Singh, Sandeep Bansal, Dicky Goyal, Raju and Gautam joined Aam Aadmi Party.
On this occasion, OSD Sardar Sukhvir Singh said that the historic work done by the Punjab government in the fields of health, education and employment during the last four years has further strengthened the trust of the people in Aam Aadmi Party. He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Sardar Bhagwant Singh Mann, the government is taking decisions keeping the welfare of the common people at the center.
He said that bringing a revolution in the health sector, Aam Aadmi Clinics have been opened across Punjab, where people are getting free and quality health services. Taking a historic step in the field of education, School of Eminence, School of Happiness and School of Brilliance have been started, which has changed the face of government schools.
In the field of employment, the government has provided more than 63 thousand government jobs to the youth, making their future secure. Apart from this, important steps have been taken to make the residents of the state physically and mentally strong by establishing 600 units of free electricity, playgrounds and libraries in villages.
Expressing faith in the policies of Aam Aadmi Party, the people who joined the party said that this party is working with true intention for the all-round development of Punjab. Finally, all the newly joined members took the pledge to take the policies of Aam Aadmi Party to every door.
A large number of leaders including Punjab Small Industries and Export Corporation Chairman Dalvir Singh Dhillon and Pushpinder Sharma were present on the occasion.
