Ambala, December 12:- Talking to reporters after the District Grievance Redressal Committee meeting in Kaithal today, Haryana Energy, Transport and Labour Minister Anil Vij said that many cases have been resolved in today's meeting and the most important thing is that various complainants thanked the officers. He added that a police officer has been suspended in one case today.
In response to a question, the Energy Minister said that there is a system of committee meetings; many cases cannot be heard here. They hear and resolve the cases received through the Deputy Commissioner. On the increasing encroachments in Kaithal, the Energy Minister said that the Municipal Council should take action and the public should cooperate. This is impossible without cooperation.
When asked about the rejection by the bidder after bidding for the VIP number, the minister said that orders were given to investigate the assets of the person who bid Rs 1.17 crore for the VIP number and the matter is currently ongoing. It is worth mentioning that the VIP number HR-88B-8888, for which the bid was earlier up to Rs 1.17 crore, has now been bought again on Thursday by Sandeep, a resident of Sun City, Kaithal, in the name of his wife Sushma for Rs 37.81 lakh.
