Una, March 11: Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu will be on a day-long visit to the Kutlahar Assembly constituency on Friday, March 13th. Kutlahar MLA Vivek Sharma (Vikku) stated that the Chief Minister will arrive in Bangana at 11 a.m. and lay the foundation stone for the Turkal-Panga Water Supply Scheme, to be constructed at a cost of approximately ?15 crore. A large public gratitude rally will also be held in Bangana on this occasion, where people from the entire assembly constituency will felicitate and express gratitude to the Chief Minister.
He stated that the construction of this scheme will strengthen the sources of various water supply schemes in Lathiani, Dhundhla, and surrounding areas, ensuring adequate and regular drinking water supply. Residents of the area, who have been facing long-standing drinking water problems, are expected to receive significant relief from this scheme.
The MLA stated that during his visit, the Chief Minister will also lay the foundation stone for a library at the Mini Secretariat in Bangana and a multipurpose hall (gym) in Bangana.
MLA Vivek Sharma expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, stating that under his leadership, development work in the state has gained new momentum. He said that the Chief Minister, while prioritizing public welfare, is continuously approving development projects tailored to the needs of the Kutlahar Assembly constituency, giving the area's development a new direction.
