Ratia, December 2: A felicitation ceremony was held at the Aggarwal Dharamshala in Ratia to mark the retirement of Janak Raj Goyal, Chief Pharmacy Officer of the Haryana Health Department, Panchkula. Janak Raj Goyal is associated with nearly all religious and social organizations in Ratia. On his retirement, all religious and social organizations and dignitaries honored him with a turban and a bouquet of flowers.
Expressing his gratitude, Deputy Director Janak Raj Goyal said that he had been employed with the Health Department since August 7, 1985, serving in small villages, the Community Health Center, and the Sub-Divisional Civil Hospital in Ratia. He was promoted to the position of Chief Pharmacy Officer, Class B, on May 10, 2023.
After completing two years of dedicated service in this position, the Haryana government promoted him to the position of Deputy Director of Pharmacy, Class A, on July 17, 2025. He further stated that he has made his life meaningful by devoting 40 years of his life to serving the poor and needy.
He said that all of us, the officers and employees of the health department, should dedicate ourselves to serving in this manner. Representatives and dignitaries from all the city's religious and social organizations were present on this occasion.
