Chandigarh, July 01:- Taking another important step towards providing time-bound, transparent and accountable services to the citizens and farmers, the Haryana Government has notified 10 services of Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board under the Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014.

A notification in this regard has been issued by Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Rastogi.

As per the notification, services related to No Objection Certificate (NOC), duplicate allotment and re-allotment, issuance of conveyance deed, re-transfer of property in case of sale and provision of ex-gratia (financial assistance) in case of injury or death during agricultural work (after receipt of viscera report) will be made available within 30 days.

Similarly, No Dues Certificate and NOC for mortgage The issuance services will be provided within 15 days.

Services related to re-transfer of property in cases of uncontested death and provision of ex-gratia in case of injury or death during agricultural activities will be made available within 60 days.

Keeping in view the convenience of the farmers, a time limit of one day has been fixed for issuance of J-Form and two days for ensuring cleanliness of public toilets in the mandis.

As per the notification, the concerned Secretary and Executive Officer have been made the designated officer for most of the services, while for issuance of J-Form, the Mandi Supervisor or Assistant Secretary and for cleaning of public toilets, the Mandi Committee Secretary have been designated as the designated officer. For all the services, the District Marketing Enforcement Officer has been made the first Grievance Redressal Officer and the Regional Marketing Enforcement Officer has been made the second Grievance Redressal Officer.
