Honoring children on the occasion of annual results in government school Dagham

Garhshankar, March 28:- A felicitation ceremony was held jointly at Government High and Primary School Dagham on the occasion of annual results. After declaring the annual result, the meritorious students from Pre-Primary to Class IX who stood first, second and third were felicitated with trophies and stationery. Trophies were presented to the children by the family of Mata Mahinder Kaur ji and stationery was presented by the committee of Shri Guru Ravidas religious shrine Dagham.

On this occasion, Master Hardeep Kumar welcomed the dignitaries on reaching the school and appealed to the parents and dignitaries to support to increase the enrollment in the school. Navdeep Sehgal, head teacher of the school, thanked the donors and encouraged the students to work hard to brighten the name of themselves and their village. Speaking on behalf of the committee of Shri Guru Ravidas religious shrine, Sukhwinder Singh gave information about the efforts being made by the committee for the comprehensive development of students and achievements in the field of education. And advised the children to avoid drugs and shared valuable ideas to make life bright by studying hard. On this occasion, Dani Mata Mahinder Kaur, primary school head teacher Baljit Singh, government high school head teacher Navdeep Sehgal along with all the staff and a large number of parents were present.
