Yoga sessions being conducted under CM's yogashala at various places in Mohali city are helping people to become healthy.
Giving information in this regard, District Nodal Officer CMDY (CM's Yogashala), T Benith, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Mohali said that yoga camps are being organized continuously to cover every part of the city. .
While giving the details of the locations of Phase 3B1, Phase 3B2, Phase-2 and Phase-5, he said that here yoga trainer Shubhangi is conducting 4 classes daily from 5.30 am to 6:15 pm.
He said that these yoga sessions are proving to be very beneficial for common people, people are getting rid of their chronic diseases like diabetes, depression, cervical, joint pain and high BP problems. People who have been taking yoga classes regularly said that their lives have changed a lot through yoga asana. They feel stress free and the body also remains fresh throughout the day by doing yoga.
Yoga trainer Shubhangi said that she starts her first class at Phase-5 (Park No. 47) from 5.30 am to 6.30 am. The second class starts from 6.40 am to 7.40 am at Rose Garden Park No: 3B1. The third class is held in Phase 2 (Park No. 13) from 8.00 am to 9.00 am. While at Phase-3B2 Hanuman Mandir (Park No. 33), yoga class is conducted from 5.15 pm to 6.15 pm.
The participants of various yoga classes endorsed the positive effects of the yoga classes and said that yoga asanas being conducted under CM's Yogashala program have changed their lives by making them physically and mentally healthy.
District Supervisor, CM's Yogashala, Pratima Dawar said that there is no fee for classes taken under CMDY. New entrants only have to register on CM's Yogashala portal and join the class in their nearest area. Apart from this, CM's Yogshala can also be contacted on WhatsApp number (7669400500).
