Gamada withdraws notices of arrears given to people without reason immediately: Parvinder Singh Sohana Akali Dal will protest in front of Gamada office if the notices are not withdrawn.

SAS Nagar, November 8 - Parvinder Singh Sohana, Chief Sevadar of Shiromani Akali Dal Constituency Mohali, has condemned the issue of notices of huge amounts of arrears by GAMADA to the people in different phases and sectors and demanded that these notices to be returned immediately.

In the statement issued here Parvinder Singh Sohana said that GAMADA has issued notices to people in many areas in which their dues have been shown. He said that such notices are also being issued to the allottees of the flats allotted to the riot victims by the Akali Dal.

S. Sohana said that the big thing is that when a person takes such a notice and goes to inquire in Gamada, it is known from there that it is happening due to a software error. He said that such notices have given people sleepless nights. He said that people are being harassed by Gamada for no reason.

He said that notices are being issued to many such people who have got the property in their name by taking NOC a few days ago, they are also getting such notices. He said that NOC is issued by GAMADA only when all dues are cleared.

He said that on one hand the Aam Aadmi Party government of Punjab claims to stand with the common people and on the other hand the common people are being harassed for no reason. They warned the GAMADA officials that the wrongly issued notices should be withdrawn immediately and the people should be given proper information in this regard, otherwise the Shiromani Akali Dal will take the victims of Mohali and stage a dharna in front of the GAMADA office.
