Hoshiarpur- A special meeting of Safai Karamchari Union Hoshiarpur was called. It was chaired by the Union President Balram Bhatti. A huge gathering of employees took place on this occasion. Addressing this gathering, the Union President Karanjot Adia told the employees that in the House meeting held yesterday, the Municipal Corporation administration and the House have passed the legitimate demands of the employees on priority basis.
Like filling the vacant posts of Safai Karamcharis, Sewermen, demand for money for jaggery and soap, quarters, recruitment of helpers etc. On this occasion, he also thanked the Municipal Corporation administration and the members of the House and the Patron of Punjab Municipal Corporation Sangharsh Samiti, Mr. Kulwant Singh Saini, who specially attended this meeting, gave information about the meeting held with the members of the sub-committee formed by the local governments. 
He said that the government can soon take a decision in favour of the outsourced and insourced employees of Punjab through the sub-committee and if the government backs out from its promise, the bugle of struggle will be blown on the day of the meeting to be held on August 19. The responsibility of which will be of the Punjab government.
