Madanpur Chonk Phase 3B-1 Langar was Organized at Mohali and saplings were distributed. The langar was started with prayers by Baba Dhanna Bhagat Baba Surinder Singh Ji and saplings were also distributed.

Council president Manjit Singh Mann said that keeping global warming in mind, free saplings have been distributed to the people for environmental protection. He said that in order to save the environment, it is important that every person should not only plant a sapling but also grow it by taking care of it, so the council has started an initiative to distribute saplings on the occasion of langar every year, which is being given full response by the community.
