Lions Club Active organizes 51st free general camp at Nawanshahr, Livasa Hospital and Navdeep Hospital organize eye check-up camp

Nawanshahr- Near Sri Gurudwara Tahli Sahib on Garhshankar Road, Lions Club Active organized 51st free general camp at Livasa Hospital and Navdeep Hospital of Garhshankar organized eye check-up camp. The camp was inaugurated by Tahli Sahib Chairman Dilawar Singh Heer. Club Deputy Governor Trilochan Singh Virdi said that around 260 people were examined in this camp and free medicines were also provided by the club to the needy patients.

Heer and Virdi said that treatment is becoming expensive day by day, due to which such camps are proving beneficial for the people. This camp is organized by their club every month on the occasion of Sankranti. Dr. Ashutosh of Livasa Hospital asked the people to eat nutritious food and stay away from fast food. Dr. Navdeepak Pandey of Navdeepak Hospital said that we should get our eyes checked at least twice a year. Nowadays, cataracts, redness and watering of the eyes are seen as a result of age. For this, this test twice a year is very important. 
In the camp, the team of doctors Dr. Bhanu Yadav, Dr. Shanu Yadav, staff nurses Manju and Muniya conducted free sugar tests, general diseases tests, ECG tests, eye tests and bone tests. On this occasion, the club's Deputy Governor Trilochan Singh Virdi, Club Chairman Sanjeev Suri, Club Zone Chairman Kuldeep Bhushan, PRO Rajinder Kumar, Vice President Sanjeev Kumar Kaith, Director Vishal Singh etc. were present.
