
5th Wushu Championship organized at Lyallpur Khalsa College Kapurthala
Kapurthala- In order to motivate the young generation towards sports, self-discipline, healthy lifestyle and positive thinking, the 5th Wushu Championship was organized with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm at Lyallpur Khalsa College Kapurthala. On this occasion, special senior journalist and writer Dr. Daljit Ajnoha spoke.
Kapurthala- In order to motivate the young generation towards sports, self-discipline, healthy lifestyle and positive thinking, the 5th Wushu Championship was organized with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm at Lyallpur Khalsa College Kapurthala. On this occasion, special senior journalist and writer Dr. Daljit Ajnoha spoke.
These competitions were organized under the leadership of Punjab Youth Welfare Board Chairman S. Rajiv Kumar Walia, where special support was provided by the college's Vice Principal Dr. Amrik Singh. Players of different age groups participated in the three-day competitions and displayed their excellent sportsmanship.
At the end of the competitions, the winning players were honored with gold, silver and bronze medals. The organizers encouraged the players to excel at the national and international levels in the future.
On this occasion, Dr. Daljit Ajnoha had a special interaction with the organizers, coaches and players. He discussed the importance of Wushu, the challenges associated with it and the future prospects. He said that Wushu is not just a sport, but also a symbol of self-defense, self-confidence and mental strength.
Addressing the players, Dr. Ajnoha said, “Sports not only keep the body healthy, but they also teach us teamwork, discipline and leadership skills.”
Overall, the event proved to be a strong platform for the players and also a weak attempt to promote traditional sports like Wushu. Dr. Ajnoha praised the event and called it a wise initiative towards promoting sports culture in Punjab.
