Hansi: As per the directions of Superintendent of Police Amit Yashvardhan, Police Chowki Anaaj Mandi Incharge Sub Inspector Bhim Singh made the city residents aware of the ill effects of drug abuse at Labor Chowk Hansi today. While making people aware, he said that the government has launched a campaign against drug abuse and everyone wants that our state Haryana should be free from drug abuse.
He said that drug abuse is hollowing out the society. It is our moral responsibility to stay away from drug abuse and inspire others to stay away from it. The problem of drug abuse is taking a terrible form. Youngsters below the age of 18 are also getting addicted to drugs. Who are then committing crimes to fulfill their need.
He said that drug addiction can be got rid of. There are many people in the village who become completely addicted to drugs after developing a drug addiction. It is difficult for them to return and start a new life because due to addiction they do not have the courage to take a pledge to quit drugs. 
Therefore, it is important that with the help of the people of the village, counsel them, motivate them to quit drugs and help them in every possible way to quit drugs. Get the drug addict treated by creating social pressure. 
This problem has to be eradicated from its roots. All of you should also be alert. The police is identifying the drug addicts and getting them treated.
