Indian Oil donates 1000 bedside components for children with Thalassemia

Hoshiarpur- As part of its continuous commitment towards social health and welfare, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Una’s Northern Region Pipelines (NRPL) donated 1000 bedside components for Thalassemia patients to Civil Hospital, Hoshiarpur under its flagship CSR initiative, Project Arogya Dhara.

Hoshiarpur- As part of its continuous commitment towards social health and welfare, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Una’s Northern Region Pipelines (NRPL) donated 1000 bedside components for Thalassemia patients to Civil Hospital, Hoshiarpur under its flagship CSR initiative, Project Arogya Dhara. These components were formally handed over to the hospital by Deputy Commissioner Hoshiarpur Ashika Jain in the presence of District Immunization Officer Seema Garg.
These components will be primarily used for children affected by Thalassemia who require regular blood transfusions and long-term care. Speaking on the occasion, Amandeep Bhardwaj, Senior Operations Manager, NRPL Una, said that Indian Oil’s Project Arogya Dhara aims to support critical healthcare infrastructure and enhance the quality of treatment provided in public healthcare facilities.
This initiative reflects Indian Oil’s commitment to ensure equitable access to care and improve treatment outcomes for children suffering from chronic diseases like Thalassemia. Ashika Jain appreciated Indian Oil’s generous support and said that such collaborations between the government and public sector undertakings are essential to strengthen the healthcare delivery system at the grassroots level.
