Hoshiarpur- Bagless Day and Teej Utsav were celebrated with great enthusiasm and pomp at Government Senior Secondary School, Dholbaha. On this occasion, students left the burden of textbooks and participated in various cultural and educational activities. This program was organized under the leadership of School Incharge Subhash Sharma.

The program started with folk songs and traditional dances related to Teej, in which the students presented a glimpse of Punjabi culture. The colorful costumes and beautiful performances mesmerized everyone. Apart from this, special activities were organized by the Mathematics Department, in which interesting mathematical models based on the art of origami were displayed. The children showed their creativity by making different shapes from colorful papers.
School Incharge Subhash Sharma appreciated this initiative and said that such programs are necessary for the all-round development of students. He appreciated the efforts of the teachers and students and said that such activities free the students from the burden of books and bring them closer to creativity and traditional culture.
Everyone celebrated Bagless Day and Teej together with joy. Along with English teacher Preeti Bala and Maths teacher Deepika, teachers Sandeep Kaur, Gurmeet Kaur, Anjana, Sunita Kumari, Reema and teachers Ranjit Singh and Navneet Thakur played an active role in this event.
