No gap will be left in the development of Sham Chaurasi assembly constituency - Dr. Ravjot Singh

Hoshiarpur- Local Government Minister Dr. Ravjot Singh today visited village Susan under Sham Chaurasi assembly constituency and directly interacted with the local people and listened to their problems seriously. Addressing a public meeting organized in the village, the Cabinet Minister said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, no stone will be left unturned for the all-round development of Sham Chaurasi and every problem pending for years will be resolved on priority basis.

Dr. Ravjot Singh also shared information about several development projects during this time. He said that proposals for the construction of bridges on the Chow of village Hargarh and the Chow of village Dadiana have been sent to the state government and they will get approval soon. The construction of these bridges will end the difficulties faced by people in commuting during the rainy season.
Along with this, the Cabinet Minister said that the proposal to build a bridge on the road from village Mahengrowal in Kandi to Takhni has been passed. This bridge will give great relief to the residents of Kandi area, who are till now being affected by the lack of basic infrastructure. Dr. Ravjot Singh assured the people on this occasion that this pace of development will be further accelerated and every village will be connected with paved roads, drainage, sanitation and basic amenities.
During this, the villagers appreciated the efforts being made for the area and expressed confidence that Sham Chaurasi will emerge as a developed assembly constituency in the coming time. On this occasion, many dignitaries of the village including the Chairman of Nagar Sudhar Trust Gurvinder Singh Pabla, Dharminder Singh Sajjan, Manish Thakur were also present.
