These children have written a new history by achieving this feat in the field of sports at such a young age. Our society congratulates them. But claims are made by our state governments to promote sports.
But no concrete efforts are made to promote them. Their deficiency can be seen at the school level. The posts of DP masters are lying vacant in the schools. Nor are there complete facilities for sports. There is also a huge shortage of funding.
Our state is lagging behind in sports due to the neglect of the governments. These children have still achieved a lot. The state government should encourage these children to boost their confidence and achieve more and announce a special package. Sports equipment should be provided by filling the vacant posts of DP masters in government schools.
