Chandigarh, June 8- Haryana Assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan said that in the last ten years, not only in Gharaunda Assembly but in the whole of Haryana, equal development work has been done. For this, he thanked former Chief Minister Manohar Lal. He also said that the current Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini is also expanding the development schemes at a faster pace.

Shri Harvinder Kalyan was addressing the people after laying the foundation stone of three projects worth Rs 3 crore 36 lakh in Gharaunda today. On this occasion, he also flagged off a sewer cleaning machine worth Rs 20 lakh and dedicated it to the public.
Assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan participated in different programs organized at CHC Gharaunda, Old Tehsil and Ward-17 and listened to the problems of the people. During this, he said that in future, Gharaunda constituency will be taken to new heights of development. Lack of funds will not be allowed to come in the way of development works.
Among the projects laid by the Speaker of the Assembly, a Block Public Health Unit will be constructed in the Community Health Center at a cost of Rs 70 lakh. After the unit starts, all the samples coming from the sub-health center and primary health center will be tested here. Apart from this, health services will also be strengthened under the Hospital Management Information System.
*Foundation stone laid for the construction of children's park and library*
Apart from this, Speaker of the Assembly Harvinder Kalyan also laid the foundation stone for the construction of a children's park and library in Ward-4 near the BDPO office of Gharaunda. This park, which will be built in about one acre, will cost Rs 2.5 crore and will be ready in a year. He also laid the foundation stone for the recent construction work under Raghuvansh Saini Samaj Seva Samiti in Ashoka Colony of Ward-17. A grant of Rs 17 lakh has been given by the government for this.
*Gharaunda is progressing in every direction- Kalyan*
Assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan said that today Gharaunda is progressing in every direction. After six months, the ring road and medical university will also start. With the completion of the Rapid Rail project, the youth here will get the convenience of commuting to Delhi. Under the project, three stations will be built between Panipat and Karnal. After this, the picture of the constituency will change. With the arrival of industrial units, the youth will get more employment opportunities.
