
LEMPL launches German language training and employment program for nurses in collaboration with Charcos Global and Planet Edu
Hoshiarpur- In a significant initiative to expand global career paths for Indian healthcare professionals, LEMPL officially launched its German language training and employment program in Mohali, in collaboration with Charcos Global and Planet Edu. The pioneering program aims to equip qualified nurses with the necessary language skills and cultural training to seamlessly integrate into Germany’s advanced healthcare system.
Hoshiarpur- In a significant initiative to expand global career paths for Indian healthcare professionals, LEMPL officially launched its German language training and employment program in Mohali, in collaboration with Charcos Global and Planet Edu. The pioneering program aims to equip qualified nurses with the necessary language skills and cultural training to seamlessly integrate into Germany’s advanced healthcare system.
The center was formally inaugurated by Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura, Advisor National Skill Development Corporation and NSDC International (NSDCI). The event saw the presence of several eminent dignitaries from the fields of skill development, education and international recruitment, notably Dr. Parvinder Kaur, Pro-Chancellor, LTSU; Dr. Seema Balian and Dr. Shashi Balian, Founders and Directors of Charcos Global; Mr. Jakob Scholz, Co-Founder and Managing Partner Charcos Europe; Mr. Mohammad Nazim Amin, Deputy General Manager, NSDCI; and Senior Representatives from Planet Edu and LEMPL.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura highlighted the strategic importance of such initiatives, noting that the program reflects a shared vision of empowering Indian nurses with global employment opportunities while supporting international healthcare systems in need of skilled professionals. Mr. Jakob Scholz emphasized that this collaboration demonstrates a commitment to ethical and sustainable workforce mobility. He emphasized that Germany, facing a significant shortage of trained healthcare workers, offers an ideal destination for Indian nurses to pursue secure and rewarding careers.
This German language training and employment program is a fully funded residential course that offers free German language training but also in the cultural nuances important for successful integration into professional and social settings in Germany. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive employment offers in the healthcare sector in Germany.
This initiative comes at a crucial time when Germany is actively seeking qualified healthcare professionals to meet the growing demand in hospitals, senior care facilities and rehabilitation centers.
