MSc Chemistry students felicitated for being in University merit list

Mahilpur, March 11- Two students of third semester of MSc Chemistry course running in Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College Mahilpur have brought laurels to the institution by securing fourth position in the merit list of Punjab University Chandigarh with 421-421 marks.

In this regard, a felicitation ceremony for the aforesaid students was organized today under the leadership of the college's Principal Dr. Parvinder Singh. On this occasion, the Head of the Department Dr. Vikrant Rana said that both the students of third semester of MSc Chemistry, Ayushi Sharma and Navjot, have secured fourth position in the University merit list and first position in the college by scoring equal 84.2 percent marks.
He said that student Komal has secured second position in the college by scoring 77.2 percent marks and Simran Rana has secured third position by scoring 72 percent marks. On this occasion, Principal and teachers of the department Dr. Vikrant Rana, Prof. Rohit Puri, Dr. Pooja Bedi, Prof. Ganesh Khanna, Prof. Rajbir, Prof. Haripriya and Prof. Sheetal also congratulated the students and motivated them to work harder.
