Mahilpur 21 March- At Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College Mahilpur, Satpal Singh Bains Canada and his brother Balveer Singh Bains Canada presented a cheque of Rs 1 lakh to the college principal Dr. Parvinder Singh as financial assistance to the institution for financial assistance of talented and meritorious students of the college in memory of their father late Rajinder Singh Bains.
It is worth mentioning that Mahilpur residents Satpal Singh Bains and Balveer Singh Bains are permanent residents of Canada and their father Rajinder Singh Bains has also been a member of the Sikh Educational Council of the college. On this occasion, college principal Dr. Parvinder Singh thanked the above donor family and shared information about the courses currently running in the college.
During this, Satpal Singh Bains Canada was also specially honored by the college management. Sports promoters from the NRI Punjabi community Daljit Singh Bains, Kulwant Singh, Dr Varinder Azad, accountant Sukhjinder Singh and Professor Davinder Thakur were also present on the occasion.
