Jammu, February 28- Sarbat Da Bhala Charitable Trust has opened Sunny Oberoi Clinical Lab and Diagnostic Centre at Gurdwara Tapo Asthan Sant Baba Sunder Singh Ji Akhnoor, which was inaugurated by Akhnoor Assembly Constituency MLA Mohan Lal Bhagat.
Giving information, Dr. Daljit Singh Gill said that Sarbat Da Bhala Trust is running medical schemes to provide clinical tests to the people at very low rates. So far, the Trust has opened about 125 Sunny Oberoi clinical labs, so that the needy people can take advantage of them.
The Trust has now set a target of opening 150 labs. Dr. Daljit Singh said that along with clinical labs, the Trust is also opening digital X-ray, ultrasound, physiotherapy centre, dental centre etc. wherever additional space is available, so that maximum health services can be made available to the people under one roof.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by DGPC (District Gurdwara Management Committee Jammu) President Ranjit Singh Tohra, Vice President Balwinder Singh, Member Gurmeet Singh and Joint Secretary Ranveer Singh, among others.
