15 February Nawanshahr- Annual thanksgiving ceremony was organized at PM Shri Government Senior Secondary School Langroa. Sukhmani Sahib was recited after the Prakash of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, after which the group of Bhai Gur Pratap Singh Nawanshahr delighted the children and staff with the beautiful Kirtan of Gurbani.
On this occasion, Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Langroa Gurdev Singh Pabla and Chairman of School Management Committee Master Manohar Singh wished the children good luck for the annual examinations and shared their life experiences. Granthi Singh of Guru Ghar prayed for the betterment of the institution, progress of the staff and children. District Education Officer Amarjit Khatkar attended the event specially.
Education Officer Amarjit Khatkar appealed to the children to work hard and score good marks in the annual examinations. Principal of the institution Dr. Surinder Pal Agnihotri congratulated the children for today's program and thanked the dignitaries who had come. Various speakers presented their views and wished the children a good future.
On this occasion, Des Raj Naur, Master Jaswinder Singh, Harminder Kaur, Dr. Daula family, Swarn Singh Thekedar and other dignitaries were present as guests. Tea and Guru ka Langar were also served on this occasion. The head of the organization, Dr. Surinder Pal Agnihotri, honored the guests by presenting them with Siropas. The stage was managed by Manmohan Singh and Guru ka Langar was served by Sumit Sodhi.
