These words were said by CDPO Nawanshahr Davinder Kaur today in a function organized by Anganwadi Center Vikas Nagar-1, Circle Kulam in collaboration with District Red Cross Society to celebrate Lohri of 15 daughters. She said that times are changing and those families who kill daughters in the womb also need to change their thinking.
