
A ceremony was organized at Sikh National College Banga on the arrival of former professors of the college
Nawanshahr/Banga- Professor Darshan Singh and Professor Avtar Singh, who retired after a long service in Sikh National College, Banga, made a special visit to the college with their respective families. On reaching the college, Principal Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder gave them a warm welcome.

During this meeting, while the professors refreshed forgotten memories, they also discussed the development work of the college. Prof Avtar Singh said that even today I am connected with the college through social and print media and through that the academic, cultural, sports, NCC and NSS achievements of the college are revealed. For which the Principal and his staff deserve congratulations.
During the visit to the college, Professor Darshan Singh expressed happiness on seeing the newly installed solar plant and the Penji Ekminder Singh Sandhu Seminar Hall equipped with modern facilities. Congratulating Principal Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder, he said that taking the college towards such progress even in the era of economic recession is a symbol of great courage and foresight of Principal Bhinder. On this occasion, the Principal also thanked all the donors who supported these development works.
On this occasion, Prof. Darshan Singh and Prof. Avtar Singh also praised Prof. Gurpreet Singh for his work towards the great achievements of the college. They said that this young teacher who joined the college after our retirement has made a mark in our minds.
