Objections can be submitted within two weeks
Una, November 25 - A proposal has been passed to declare Municipal Council Una as Municipal Corporation Una as per Section 3(2) of Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act 1994 and it has been published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh (e-Gazette) for information of the general public. This information was given by Deputy Commissioner Una, Jatin Lal. He said that if any resident living in this area has any objection or objection regarding inclusion in Municipal Corporation Una as well as declaration as Municipal Council Una, then they can send it in writing to Principal Secretary (Urban Development) Himachal Pradesh Government through Deputy Commissioner Una within a period of two weeks from the date of notification published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh. He said that only the objections and objections received within the stipulated time period will be considered. After that no objection will be accepted.

The Deputy Commissioner informed that under Patwar Circle Takka-2, entire part of Mahal Jhalra, selected parts of Ransari Nichli and Upparli, under Kotla Khurd Patwar Circle, entire part of Mahal Kotla Khurd, entire parts of Mahal Ajanoli, Kotla Kalan, Kotla Kalan Nichli and Upparli under Kotla Kalan Patwar Circle, entire part of Mahal Lal Singi and selected part of Mahal Arniala under Arniala Patwar Circle, entire part of Mahal Malahat and Bhadolian Khurd under Malahat Patwar Circle, partial part of Mahal Rakkad Colony and Jalgran under Bhadolian Kalan Patwar Circle, entire parts of Mahal, Rampur, Rampur Bela, Kuthar Khurd and Kuthar Kalan under Patwar Circle Rampur are to be included in Municipal Corporation Una.
