Una, October 3 - Various programs and activities will be organized at the district level under Disaster Risk Reduction and Samarth Program 2024. Giving information in this regard, ADC Mahendra Pal Gurjar said that by organizing Samarth 2024 program in all five assembly constituencies of the district, people will be made aware about disaster risks and preparedness measures through street plays. This program will run till October 15 in which artists listed by the state government will make people aware about disaster risk reduction and preparations and measures to be taken during disaster.

The ADC informed that under the Samarth 2024 program, people will be made aware about disaster risks and measures through street plays by RK Kala Manch at Inter State Bus Stand Una and Mehtpur Basdehad on October 7, Purvi Kala Manch at Bus Stand Haroli and Gram Panchayat Bathu on October 8, Surbhi Kala Manch at Panchayat Ghar Kailash Nagar and Bus Stand Gagret on October 9, Gram Panchayat Dhundhla and Gram Panchayat Raipur Maidan on October 10 and Bus Stand Chintapurni and Gram Panchayat Panjoa on October 11.
