Mahilpur, July 13- A religious ceremony was organized on the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima at Nirvana Kutiya Mahilpur with the support of Jai Bhim Caravan Charitable Society Registered Mahilpur.
On this occasion, first of all candles were lit in front of the pictures of Tathagata Lord Buddha, Satguru Ravidas Maharaj Ji, Satguru Kabir Maharaj Ji, Shri Guru Nanak Dev Maharaj Ji and Constitution maker Baba Saheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Ji, and a pledge was taken to follow their path. On this occasion, group meditation was done and the message was given to support each other in happiness and sorrow and to follow the path of truth.
On this occasion Nirmal Singh Mugowal, Director of Nirvana Kutiya Mahilpur, Rekha Rani, President of Jai Bhim Caravan Charitable Society Registered Mahilpur, General Secretary Shashi Bangar, Vice President Sumita, Amarjit Kaur, Gagandeep Kaur, Kirpal Kaur, Surinder Kaur MC, Maya Devi, Santosh Kumari, Paramjit Kaur, Kamaldeep Kaur, Master Jai Ram Barian, Dharam Singh Fauji, Hans Raj Canada, Dr. Rattu, Jarnail Singh, Balwinder Kumar etc. were present.
On this occasion Jai Bhim Caravan Charitable Society Registered Mahilpur specially honoured Kamaldeep Kaur, a promising girl pursuing MA Hindi at Khalsa College Mahilpur. At the end of the programme, everyone drank tea and water together and congratulated each other on Guru Purnima Day.
On this occasion, senior and respected member of Jai Bhim Caravan Charitable Society Registered Mahilpur, Nirmal Kaur Bodh and her husband, retired Thanedaar Sukhdev Singh, who has been abroad with their daughter for some time, were remembered and the services rendered by them to the society were recalled.
