Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini said this while addressing the public present at the state-level Maharaja Daksh Prajapati Jayanti celebration organized in Bhiwani district today. Earlier, the Chief Minister paid homage to Maharaja Daksh Prajapati by offering flowers on his photo.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister made many major announcements and gifted development works to Bhiwani district by inaugurating and laying the foundation stone of 19 projects worth Rs. 234 crore 38 lakh. This includes the inauguration of 6 projects worth Rs. 87 crore 42 lakh and the laying of foundation stone of 13 projects worth about Rs. 147 crore.
The Chief Minister provided land title deeds to the beneficiaries of Prajapati Samaj of Bhiwani district
He announced that in the next 15 days, land will be made available to the Prajapati Samaj in 2 thousand villages of the state where panchayat land is available so that they do not face any difficulty in collecting soil for making pottery. The Chief Minister said that complete information about the land including Khasra number will be made available to them. On this occasion, he also provided land title deeds to the beneficiaries of Prajapati Samaj of Bhiwani district. He also announced that financial assistance will be provided to the people of Prajapati community who start micro industries under Haryana Rural Industrial Scheme. Under this, capital subsidy at the rate of 15 percent will be given on investment made on machinery and building construction in B, C and D category blocks of the state. Apart from this, interest subsidy at the rate of 7 percent or maximum Rs 8 lakh per annum on term loan for 7 years will also be given.

Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that the Prajapat community falls under Backward Class-A. Several schemes have been launched for the upliftment and welfare of this class. By forming the Mitti Kala Board, it gives incentives to those who make pottery and artistic items etc. from clay.
The Chief Minister said that 8 percent representation has been given to BC-A in Panchayati Raj institutions. Along with this, a dowry of Rs. 51,000 is given on the marriage of girls from BPL families of backward classes. He said that under the Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme, students of other backward classes whose family income is up to Rs. 2.50 lakhs are given an annual educational allowance of Rs. 4,000. Apart from this, free coaching is being given to the candidates preparing for various competitive and entrance exams.
On this occasion, Haryana Public Works Minister Mr. Ranbir Gangwa said that Prajapati community is a hardworking community, efficiency is in their blood. Previous governments have neglected this community. But the current government has given full respect to Prajapati community as well as all sections. Jobs are being provided to the youth on merit basis in the state. Haryana Irrigation and Water Resources Minister Mrs. Shruti Chaudhary said that Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini works for 36 communities 24 hours a day for the state. She thanked the Chief Minister for giving crores of rupees to this district, the last quarter of the state.
