Convenience camp organized in Bakarpur village of Mohali under the campaign 'Aap Di Sarkar Aap De Duar'

SAS Nagar, September 6:- Continuing the 'Aap Di Sarkar Aap De Dwar' campaign, the Punjab Government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann organized a public facility camp in village Bakarpur, Mohali today. Residents of Bari, Bakarpur, Matra and Safipur villages reached this camp with their difficulties/problems. This camp proved to be a big effort of the government to solve the problems of the common people on the spot.

Residents of Bari, Bakarpur, Matra and Safipur villages reached this camp with their difficulties/problems. This camp proved to be a big effort of the government to solve the problems of the common people on the spot.
MLA Kulwant Singh, who reached this camp, made the farmers take an oath to make the soil fertile by not burning stubble and mixing it in the fields, so that the environment remains clean.
He directed the administrative officers of various departments who came to this camp to ensure that they inform the general public at least 15 days in advance about the camps to be organized in villages, wards/cities. So that when people reach the camp with complete documents related to their pending work, their work can be done properly. He also directed the officials of various departments to ensure that people also know which departments are participating in the upcoming camp, so that people can bring their applications accordingly. He directed the officials to speed up their work so that the common people can take maximum advantage of the facility being provided by the government. Apart from this, he also informed each department about the name, address, mobile number of every citizen who contacted them, how many problems / difficulties were received and how many were resolved on the spot and how many are pending. He also asked to keep a record.
The MLA also appealed to the people of the district to take maximum advantage of such camps related to their villages so that the problems of the departments which leave their offices and come to provide services to them through these camps can be resolved there itself.
