Chandigarh, 15 July 2025: Oren International, Chandigarh organized a special event on the occasion of World Youth Skills Day on 15 July 2025. Hon’ble Senior Deputy Mayor Mr. Jasbir Singh Bunty participated as the Chief Guest in this program and encouraged the students.
The main objective of this event was to provide the youth with the necessary vocational skills in the fashion sector and prepare them as per the demands of the industry. Mr. Bunty said in his address, “When the youth become skilled, they not only strengthen their future but also contribute significantly to the progress of the country. Skill development in the field of fashion promotes both creativity and self-reliance.”
He inspired the children to become self-reliant and said that today's skill determines tomorrow's bright future.
During the event, fashion design related activities like design presentation, live demo and exhibition of student projects were organized. The talent and creativity of the students were appreciated by all the guests and fashion experts present.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks in which all the distinguished guests, teachers, students and organizers were thanked for the successful event.
