Patiala, August 3 - The Shiromani Akali Dal has today decided to reorganize the Patiala (Rural) unit and appoint a single president. Giving this information in Chandigarh, senior party leader Balwinder Singh Bhundar said that at present there are two presidents of the Patiala unit, due to which there are difficulties in coordination.
He said that keeping this in mind, responsibility is being withdrawn from Sukhwinder Singh Rajla and Jarnail Singh Kartarpur. He said that the appointment of the new president will be announced soon.
