
SUCCESSFUL PRACTICE OF YOGA PROTOCOL AND NATIONAL CONFERENCE IN YOGA COLLEGE

College of Yoga Education & Health Sector 23 A Chandigarh in collaboration with Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi conducted a special prelude program named “Yogaarohan” on 29th May 2024. The event aimed to highlight the significance of Yoga & its profound impact on holistic health & wellbeing.

The event aimed to highlight the significance of Yoga & its profound impact on holistic health & wellbeing.
The day commenced with an invigorating morning yoga Protocol session designed to align body, mind & spirit. The principal of the college Dr. Mahender Singh welcomed the chief guest of the occasion Sh. Akhil Kumar DANICS, Director AYUSH and the guest of honor Ms. Manju Shree, Asstt. Director, Homeopathy & coordinator National AYUSH Mission.
The practice was attended by the employees of the college, students, yoga lovers from various schools and colleges and public members including part-time yoga instructors. The chief guest expressed great happiness on the practice of the protocol in his address. All activities were encouraged to link yoga practice with various diseases and to vote.
Dr.Girish Jha Yoga expert from USA discuss about the five senses and its importance in the journey of a yoga practitioner. Dr. Bharat International Yoga expert discussed the integration of yoga into daily life for holistic well being
Yoga teachers, therapists, yoga practitioners, doctors and students associated with various health organizations of Chandigarh-Panchkula-Mohali and outside participated. Certificates were given to all. The Yogaarohanprogramme was attended by around 500 people.
