Patiala, January 12 - National Youth Day was celebrated on the birth centenary of Swami Vivekananda by District Employment and Business Bureau Patiala in association with Institutional Innovation Council at Government College Girls, Patiala. The students participated in this event with full enthusiasm. A workshop on career opportunities in entrepreneurship and innovation was organized here.
The morning session was attended by District Employment Officer Kanwalpuneet Kaur and Career Counselor Dr Rupsi Pahuja. The evening session was attended by Parneet Kaur, Senior Industrial Promotion Officer, DIC Department, Patiala as the Chief Guest. They effectively inspired the female students for entrepreneurship and innovation. On this occasion, College Principal Charanjit Kaur, Vice Principal Gurveen Kaur, Dr. Anila Sultana, Dr. Harpreet Kaur, Dr. Shivani Sharma, Aarushi and Professor Sandeep Singh were present.
