Naib Tehsildar Suresh Kumar heard public grievances at the Samadhan Shivir Redressal Camp

Hansi:– Under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Rahul Narwal, a 'Samadhan Shivir' (Redressal Camp) was organized at the District Secretariat on Thursday. The camp was presided over by Naib Tehsildar Suresh Kumar. During the session, he listened to the grievances of the public seriously and directed officials of the concerned departments to ensure a time-bound, transparent, and quality resolution of every complaint so that citizens do not have to make unnecessary rounds of offices and can get relief promptly.
Naib Tehsildar Suresh Kumar stated that the Samadhan Shivir is a public-friendly initiative of the government, aimed at the quick disposal of common citizens' problems. He gave clear instructions to the officials that action on every complaint received at the camp must be ensured within the prescribed time limit, and no negligence should be tolerated at any level.
During the camp, Srinivas, son of Dharampal, a resident of village Mehanda, demanded compensation for crops damaged due to floods. Sonu, son of Ved Prakash, a resident of Jagdish Colony, Hansi, requested a correction regarding a caste-related error in his Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID). Additionally, Rajesh, son of Sadhu Ram, a resident of village Dhadheri, submitted a complaint regarding the disbursement of crop damage compensation into his bank account. The Naib Tehsildar forwarded all complaints to the respective departments with instructions for necessary action.
He emphasized that officials should ensure the effective implementation of the government's welfare schemes so that eligible and needy families receive benefits on time. He specifically directed that errors related to age, income, caste, and other details in the Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) be verified and rectified on a priority basis. He noted that accurate information in the Parivar Pehchan Patra would enable citizens to avail of various government schemes and services without any hindrance.
Naib Tehsildar Suresh Kumar stated that the government's objective is to bring the administration closer to the common people and to extend the benefits of schemes to every eligible individual. For this, all officials and employees must work with complete sensitivity, accountability, and dedication. He said that through these Samadhan Shivirs, trust and dialogue between the administration and the public are strengthening, and quick resolution of people's problems is being ensured.
