Main Accused Involved in Fraud Through a Fake Company Arrested

Ambala, September 12:- Ambala City Police have arrested the main accused of a gang that cheated people of crores of rupees by luring them into a fake company and promising to double their money. The police produced the accused before the Hon’ble Court and took him on remand. Between December 28, 2023, and July 6, 2026, the accused lured people through a fake company operating from a fake office located at Manav Chowk in Ambala City. The accused promised to double investors’ money within a short period and then fled after cheating them of crores of rupees. Taking immediate cognizance of the complaint, a case was registered at Ambala City Police Station and legal action was initiated.
A police team led by Investigating Officer Assistant Sub-Inspector Randeep Singh laid a trap using technical and intelligence sources and arrested the main accused, Ridhamal Singh, a resident of Village Bhadru, Tehsil Ramsar, Police Station Ramsar, District Barmer, Rajasthan, who is currently residing in Nandi, District Jodhpur, Rajasthan. According to the police, the identities of other accused persons involved in the conspiracy are being ascertained, and they will also be arrested soon.
