Gyan Deep Manch Releases Eminent Poet Sukhwinder Aahis Poetry Collection Tere Aun Te

Patiala, June 22:- Gyan Deep Sahit Sadhana Manch (Regd.), Patiala, organised a literary event at the Seminar Hall of the Punjab Language Department, Patiala, during which eminent poet Sukhwinder Aahi’s poetry collection *“Tere Aun Te”* was formally released.
Welcoming the audience, Manch President Dr. G.S. Anand introduced the distinguished guests and literary personalities present at the event. The programme commenced with General Secretary Gurcharan Singh Chann Patialvi sharing insights into Sukhwinder Aahi’s creative journey, her book, and her family background.
Presenting the keynote paper, Balkaar Singh Sidhu from Chandigarh remarked that the poet has sensitively highlighted social concerns, hidden pain, cultural values, and people's struggles through her poetry. Participating in the discussion, Sushil Azad Nabha observed that the poems have been written in a distinctly Sufi style.
Kulwant Singh Narike, retired Judge B.S. Tiwana, Avtarjit, and Bhupinder Singh Malik also shared their views on the book and its literary significance.
Addressing the gathering as the chief guest, Baba Bhupinder Singh said that Sukhwinder Aahi has spent her life carrying the memories and emotions associated with her late husband, Jang Singh Aahi. This deep sense of longing and separation is reflected throughout her poetry.
Special guest Ashok Nadir stated that the book possesses the power to touch readers’ hearts and provoke deep thought. On the occasion, Sukhwinder Aahi recited some of her selected poems and thanked all the writers, literary personalities, and audience members who attended the event. Her daughters, Gurpreet Kaur and Kamalpreet, were also present.
During the poetry session, noted poets including Kulwant Saidoke, Bachan Singh Gurm, Darshan Singh Darsh Pasiana, Rajbir Mallhi, Charan Puadhi, Ram Singh Bang, Gurpreet Singh Dhillon, Eng. Major Singh, Gurdarshan Gusil, Surinder Kaur Bara, Jaswinder Kaur, Balbir Singh Dildar, Jaswinder Khara, Trilok Singh Dhillon, Kuldeep Kaur Dhanju, Jagga Ranguwal, Hardeep Singh Sanaur, Gurmel Singh SDO, Manjit Kaur Meet, Mangat Khan, Ravel Sidhu Pushp, Sarwan Kumar Verma, Surjit Singh Dhir, Harish Harf, Raghbir Mahimi, Rajeshwar Kumar, and Amandeep Patiala presented their literary compositions.
Among other prominent attendees were Dr. Ashok Sehgal, Dr. Rama Sehgal, singer Lucky Singh, Manjit Kaur, Karan, Neha, Ramesh Chauhan, Ishraj, retired XEN Sher Singh, Sandeep Singh, Jasvir Kaur, Mahinder Singh Jaggi, Ravi Bhushan, Pawan Kumar Sharma, and Charan Bambiha Bhai.
