Government continuously working on restoration and development of temples Mukesh Agnihotri

Una, September 12:- Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri participated in the Nishan Sahib installation ceremony (flag-hoisting ceremony) at Shri Guru Ravidas Das Temple, Bhadsali. Nishan Sahib has been installed in the newly constructed premises as part of the beautification of the temple. Around Rs. 1 crore has been spent on the construction of the premises. He also participated in the bhajan-kirtan and partook of prasad at the langar.
Mukesh Agnihotri said that the temple premises have been beautifully constructed and a major programme would soon be organised here. The electricity transformer installed in front of the temple would be shifted to another location so that the beauty of the premises could be enhanced further. He said that Rs. 5 crore is being spent on the construction of Sheetla Mata Temple, of which Rs. 3 crore has already been spent.
He said that lakhs of rupees are being spent on the restoration of temples in the Haroli area and additional funds have also been sanctioned. The government is continuously working for the restoration and development of temples and gurdwaras.
Temple Committee President Master Bhagat Ram welcomed the Deputy Chief Minister. The committee presented siropas to the guests. Ranjit Singh Rana, Sandeep Agnihotri, Jaspal Jassa, Pramod Keumar, Vishal Sharma, office-bearers of the temple committee, panchayat representatives and a large number of local residents were present on the occasion.
