The Saila Khurd Chowki police have arrested two drivers during separate cases for illegal mining, including one tractor and trolley, and have filed cases against them.

These drivers were apprehended along with a tractor and trolley. In this regard, Mahilpur police station chief Baljinder Singh Malli stated that instead of a private company, a person from Gajjar engaged in illegal mining was arrested, including a tractor and trolley. Information provided by Police Chief Baljinder Singh Malli indicated that under the supervision of AASI Vasudev from Sela Khurd, Amit alias Dana, son of Karam Chand, a resident of Gajjar, who was accused of illegally occupying land of a private company, was arrested. A case (Case Number 212) has been registered against him under the Mining and Minerals Act of 1957, and further action has been initiated. In connection with this case, the Mahilpur police station is conducting a search operation for Joginder Singh, the son of panchayat member Chaman Lal, who is suspected of being involved.

Furthermore, Mahilpur Police Station Chief mentioned that during another case (Case Number 214), under the supervision of AASI Vasudev from Sela Khurd, police party joined forces to arrest Hari Datt, son of Som Nath, a resident of Gajjar, on the land of a private company in the village. He was apprehended, and a tractor and trolley filled with marked pre-mix soil were seized from him. A case (Case Number 214) has been registered against him under the Mining and Minerals Act of 1957, and further action is underway. Investigations are ongoing.
