Kitna 26 July 2025- A special awareness program was organized in village Kitna under the war against drugs, in which Charanjit Singh Channi, OSD of Punjab Vidhan Sabha Deputy Speaker Jai Krishan Singh Raudi and his team participated specially.
Charanjit Singh Channi, giving detailed information about the human and financial losses of drugs, said that free treatment facilities have been made available through the drug de-addiction centers started by Chief Minister Sardar Bhagwant Singh Mann and the Deputy Speaker, about which information is being given to the people.
The village Sarpanch Mrs. Sunita Devi inspired the youth under the influence of drugs to come forward for treatment and appealed for full cooperation for their health.
The program was organized at the Sri Guru Ravidas Dharamshala of the village, where a large number of villagers attended. Many dignitaries and social workers, including the whole Panchayat, were present.
