Hisar: – Superintendent of Police Hansi Amit Yashvardhan did a surprise inspection of Narnaund and Bas police station and inquired about the arrangements. Superintendent of Police Hansi inspected the police station records, malkhana, criminal records as well as cyber desk and women desk.
He inspected the clerk room of the police station. Along with the computer room, he also saw the arrangements of the wireless room. During the inspection, the Superintendent of Police gave necessary instructions to the police station managers and said that the complaints coming to the police station should be registered and action should be taken on them.
Everyone should perform their duty responsibly. Treat the complainant coming to the police station with cooperation and respect, listen to them carefully, resolve the complaint within the time limit. Ensure quick arrest in other cases. In order to control crime, instructions were given to increase the number of police patrolling rounds in the police station area.
The Superintendent of Police inquired turn by turn about the status of the cases registered in the police station. While instructing the investigators regarding the execution of pending cases in the police station, he said that all pending cases should be resolved within the time limit and the station manager should also go to the scene of the incident along with the investigator. In case of any kind of problem, contact the higher officials and seek help.
He also instructed the station managers to keep the records of the police station safe, keep the police station premises clean and to settle the cases of vehicles seized by the police as soon as possible and said that no work should remain pending in the police station. All work should be completed within the time period.
The Superintendent of Police took stock of the living conditions of the soldiers and the arrangements for the mess etc. and gave necessary instructions and said that special attention should be paid to cleanliness in the police station mess. He instructed all the police personnel to perform their duty faithfully.
