Expressing this, SDM, Kharar, Gurmander Singh said that in today's busy life, doing yoga asanas or any kind of exercise is very important for our health. But due to busy life and lack of time, it is not possible for most people to do yoga or exercise, but now the Chief Minister's Yogashala started by the Chief Minister has brought a lot of change in the lives of the people.
According to SDM Gurmander Singh, expert yoga instructor Anju Sharma is conducting 6 yoga classes daily in Kharar, in which the first class is held at Leela Orchid, Sector-115, Kharar from 6.45 am to 7.45 am, second class is held at Divine World, Sector-115, Kharar from 8.30 am to 9.30 am, third class is held at Exotica Homes, Sector-115, Kharar from 9.45 am to 10.45 am, fourth class is held at Divine Global Homes, Sector-115, Kharar from 11.00 am to 12.00 pm and fifth class is held at Leela Orchid, Sector-115, Kharar from 12.30 am to 1.30 pm and sixth class is held at Divine World, Sector-115, Kharar from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, where yoga training is given free of cost. 
Yoga instructor Anju Sharma said that yoga asanas not only benefit physical but also mental health, because doing them not only stretches the muscles, but also provides benefits like concentration and mental peace. She says that practicing such asanas for just 20 to 30 minutes daily can be very beneficial for overall health. She said that there are many easy asanas in yoga, which are very easy to practice and do not take much time to do.
 Trainer Anju Sharma said that many participants who practice yoga with her have got rid of many chronic diseases by doing asanas daily. She said that anyone can become a part of these yoga classes.
