
BBMB decision: AAP announces to surround the houses and offices of BJP leaders.
Chandigarh, May 1 - Aam Aadmi Party has announced to protest against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) across the state over the BBMB decision. AAP has strongly condemned the decision of the Bharatiya Janata Party to give Punjab's water to Haryana through the Bhakra-Beas Management Board. The party said that this decision is a direct attack on the rights of Punjab and it is a matter of great concern for the farmers and common people of the state.

The Aam Aadmi Party will surround the houses and offices of BJP leaders and Aam Aadmi Party ministers, MLAs, MPs and thousands of workers will take part in every district. Aam Aadmi Party said that the fight for the rights of Punjab will continue till the last breath. The party wants to make it clear that only Punjab has the right to Punjab's water and no government can take away this right. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, in a post on X, has opposed the BBMB decision and challenged the BJP to be ready for resistance now. He has strongly opposed the provision of water to Haryana through BBMB, which is the right of Punjab and Punjabis. He said, "The BJP government at the Center and Haryana has united against Punjab. BJP is another robbery on our rights, which we will not tolerate at any cost. BJP should be ready to face the resistance. The Chief Minister said that BJP can never be a friend of Punjab and Punjabis."
