Trump said that the US is sending everything it needs to Israel to complete the job and if it does not release the prisoners, not a single Hamas member will be safe.
The US President appealed to the Hamas leadership that they still have a chance to leave Gaza. Trump said in a post on X, "Shalom Hamas" meaning hello and goodbye... You can choose. Release all prisoners now and return the bodies of all those they have killed, or it's all over for you. Only sick and depraved people keep bodies, and you are sick and depraved! I am sending Israel everything it needs to get the job done, and if you don’t do as I say, not a single Hamas member will be safe.”
“I have just met with the prisoners whose lives you have destroyed. This is your final warning! It is time for the Hamas leadership to leave Gaza, you still have a chance. This is also the chance for the people of Gaza. A wonderful future awaits you, but if you don’t release the prisoners, you will not have that chance.”
White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt said that Trump met with eight prisoners released from Gaza and heard their heartbreaking stories. The hostages Trump met with included Iyer Horn, Omer Shem Tov, Eli Sharabi, Keith Siegel, Aviva Siegel, Naamah Levi, Doron Steinbrecher and Noah Argamani.
