Derabassi/S.A.S. Nagar 03 June 2025: As part of its ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, Punjab National Bank (PNB), Derabassi Branch donated three water coolers to the Municipal Committee Derabassi.
These water coolers will be installed at various places in Derabassi where there is heavy traffic, so that the people visiting these places can get the facility of cool water in summer.
On this occasion, senior officers of Punjab National Bank, Mr. Parmesh Kumar, Zonal Manager, Mr. Pankaj Anand, Circle Head, Mr. M. K. Bhardwaj, Chief Lead District Manager, Mohali, Shri Vijay Nagpal, Chief Manager, Sushri Preeti, Branch Head, Derabassi Shri Gurcharan Singh, Deputy Manager were present.
Apart from this, Shri Ravneet Singh, Executive Officer, Sushri Taranpreet Kaur, Accountant were present from Municipal Committee Derabassi.
Shri Ashu Upneja, President of the Managing Committee of Sanatan Dharam Mandir Sabha, Derabassi, while addressing the gathering, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Punjab National Bank for this welfare work done by it.
During his address, the Zonal Manager, Shri Parmesh Kumar, gave information about the long and reliable legacy of Punjab National Bank as an institution. He also informed that a large number of people-friendly schemes and services are being implemented by the bank, which are an important step towards financial access and social empowerment of the common people.
He also said that Punjab National Bank is fully committed to social welfare and will continue such initiatives in the future as well for the promotion of community development and public amenities.
