Maghi fair in full swing at Gurdwara Tahli Sahib

Nawanshahr- Keeping in mind the importance of Magh month and Maghi fair, a huge fair was organized today at Gurdwara Baba Shri Chand Ke Charan Paduka Tahli Sahib situated on Garhshanker Road. There was a lot of enthusiasm among the devotees about the fair. On this occasion, the series of eight uninterrupted Akhand Paath Sahib started many days ago was offered and later Baba Gulab Singh Chamkaur Sahib Wale delighted the devotees through pure Gurmat thoughts and Katha Kirtan.

Later, Giani Sarabjit Singh Ji Ludhiana Wale explained the importance of Maghi fair along with Katha thoughts and asked the devotees to live their life according to the wishes of the Guru and informed them about the history of Muktsar Sahib which is known for its Khidrana Dhaba and shared Gurmat thoughts with the Sangat. On this occasion, tea, pakoras and Guru's langar were organized since morning. The organizers congratulated the entire Sangat on Maghi fair.
On this occasion, the Raggi Jatha of Bhai Satnam Singh and the Raggi Jatha of Bhai Palwinder Singh enthralled the Sangat through Kirtan and on the 16th a huge Bhandara will be organized for the saints. Giving information, Dalbara Singh Heer said that a lot of enthusiasm was seen in the Sangat on the occasion of Maghi Mela. On this occasion, members of the organizing committee Mahinder Singh Heer, Dalbara Singh Heer, Rajwinder Singh Heer, Pal Singh, Sohan Singh, Gurmel Singh, Charan Singh, Darshan Jaswant Singh, Varinder Singh, Joginder Singh, Baba Kuldeep Singh, etc were present.
