Balongi, October 11 Under the ‘Vote Chor Gaddi Chhod’ campaign launched by Congress workers under the leadership of former Health Minister and senior Congress leader Sardar Balbir Singh Sidhu on the call of All India Congress Committee and Rahul Gandhi, people were made aware in village Balongi and nearby areas.
Giving information in this regard, Congress leader Saqib Rana said that the main purpose of this campaign is to make people aware against the alleged election rigging that is weakening the democracy of the country and to raise a united voice against it.
He said that this fight is not only of the Congress party, but of every citizen who understands the value of their right to vote. On this occasion, a large number of people from Balongi and nearby villages supported this initiative of the Congress party by filling the form during the signature campaign.
