Una, April 21 – Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri will inaugurate the state's first automated driving test track and traffic park, established at Roda in Haroli, on April 22. A spokesperson for the Regional Transport Office stated that the event is scheduled to be held on Wednesday at 10:30 AM.
With the launch of this project, the state will acquire its very first automated driving test track and traffic park. This state-of-the-art track will render the driving license testing process entirely technology-driven and transparent, thereby minimizing human intervention and ensuring a fair evaluation of eligible candidates.
Additionally, through the traffic park, the general public—particularly the youth and children—will be sensitized to traffic rules, thereby promoting road safety.
